Role Overview
The Health Operations Associate will be part of Accenture’s Healthcare Management team, supporting end-to-end healthcare operations for hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities. This includes coordination of documentation, electronic submissions, Life Cycle Management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribution to digital transformation initiatives in healthcare operations.
This entry-level role is ideal for graduates seeking exposure to healthcare regulatory operations, global submission processes, and operational workflows within a leading professional services company.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate documentation and resources for global healthcare application filings.
Manage electronic submissions including original filings, Life Cycle Management submissions, CMC documents, promotional materials, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, and related regulatory documentation.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), client guidelines, and quality standards.
Solve routine operational and regulatory problems using established procedures and general guidelines.
Collaborate closely within the team under direct supervision to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy of all submissions and records.
Participate in rotational shifts as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Any graduate degree.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, regulatory operations, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of regulatory documentation and submission processes preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow detailed instructions.
