Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to manage and streamline audit and assurance activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audits, reports, and follow-ups, maintaining high standards of compliance and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with third parties, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audits and related activities.

  • Oversee audits, competence reports, and follow-ups, ensuring action plans are implemented efficiently.

  • Maintain and regularly update all documentation, records, and audit data in alignment with internal procedures.

  • Utilize internal online tools and systems to support audit tracking, reporting, and analysis.

  • Provide timely analysis, reports, and key insights to support team decision-making and operational improvements.

  • Deliver general administrative support to the department and assist team members in achieving targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.


Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Arts, Computer Applications (B.Sc., B.A., BCA) or equivalent from a recognized university.

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, audits, or compliance roles preferred.

  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational or process-related challenges.

  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to timelines and evolving priorities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online audit or documentation tools is a plus.
