Red Nucleus is seeking an experienced Omnichannel Strategist to join our global Medical Communications team. This remote role in the United States is ideal for a strategic thinker who combines digital marketing expertise, customer engagement insights, and hands-on execution skills to shape high-impact omnichannel programs for life sciences brands.

Role Overview

The Associate Director/Director of Omnichannel Strategy will design, implement, and optimize customer engagement frameworks across digital, field, and in-person touchpoints. This internal-facing role requires close collaboration with brand, analytics, marketing, and technology partners to build data-driven, insight-led omnichannel strategies that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of consulting acumen and execution excellence, along with strong capabilities in data interpretation, BI tools, persona development, and AI-enabled strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Consulting

  • Develop omnichannel customer engagement strategies aligned with brand and business objectives

  • Lead data consulting, segmentation, and predictive modeling discussions

  • Create research-backed personas and customer journey maps

  • Apply AI tools to enhance insights, content strategy, and channel orchestration

  • Support internal training and change management to accelerate omnichannel adoption

Program Design & Orchestration

  • Convert strategies into detailed program blueprints, frameworks, and playbooks

  • Collaborate with content, media, field, and technology teams for multi-channel activation

  • Utilize platforms such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Marketo for execution

  • Ensure seamless orchestration across email, web, social, paid media, and field channels

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for omnichannel programs

  • Visualize performance insights using BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik

  • Partner with analytics teams for predictive modeling and campaign optimization

  • Drive a strong test-and-learn methodology for continuous improvement


Qualifications and Skills

Experience Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, omnichannel planning, customer engagement, or related areas within healthcare or life sciences

  • Proven success in designing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies

  • Strong background in analytics, BI tools, and data-driven decision-making

  • Experience leading workshops, influencing stakeholders, and supporting organizational change

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik

  • Hands-on experience with omnichannel orchestration platforms:

    • Veeva CRM/CLM

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    • Adobe Experience Cloud

    • Marketo

  • Expertise with digital media and search tools including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz)

  • Familiarity with social listening and monitoring tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, and Brandwatch

  • Understanding of predictive modeling, persona development, and AI applications for marketing and customer experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline

  • Advanced degree preferred
